Message on WhatsAppThese are session prices for one person. Your total is the session price plus any travel, congestion or parking charge for your location. Fees vary by postcode and access arrangements. Send me your postcode for an itemised total before you decide to book or pay; online bookings show location charges and the total before you submit a request. I will not add an undisclosed charge after confirmation.
Congestion Charge: A £18 additional fee applies to appointments within the London Congestion Charge zone.
Payment
Your booking is confirmed once I receive the advance bank transfer and send a confirmation message. I will tell you how long I can hold an offered time while you arrange payment. Cash on arrival is available only if we agree it in advance.
A change of plans
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without charge. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee is payable, including for no-shows and late changes. If cash on arrival was agreed, the cancellation fee is payable by bank transfer. The illness reschedule and your statutory rights apply; if I fill the time or avoid costs, I reduce the fee accordingly.
