A few things
you might be wondering.

Practical details for your mobile massage appointment.

Getting ready

What do I need to prepare?

Very little. I bring the massage table and the equipment needed for your treatment. I just need enough space to set the table up comfortably, along with two large towels and one medium towel.

What do you bring?

I bring the massage table and the equipment needed for your treatment. Please have two large towels and one medium towel ready, and enough space for the table.

Why do I use my own towels?

I ask clients to provide two large towels and one medium towel. Using your own freshly washed towels keeps things personal to you and means towels aren’t being transported between different clients’ homes.

Your treatment

Do I need to know which treatment to book?

No. Tell me how you’re feeling, which areas need attention and the pressure you prefer. We can decide on the approach together.

What happens before the massage starts?

Before we start, we’ll have a brief consultation about how you’re feeling, any areas you’d like me to focus on, relevant health information and the type of treatment you’re looking for. We’ll agree on the approach together before treatment begins.

What should I wear during treatment?

This depends on the treatment and the areas we’re working on. I’ll explain what is appropriate before we begin and give you privacy to get ready. Your comfort and privacy are important, and towels are used to keep you appropriately covered throughout the session.

How much pressure do you use?

Pressure is adapted to you. Your comfort comes first — you can ask me to adjust the pressure, avoid an area, change the treatment or stop at any point.

Can someone else be present during my treatment?

Yes. If it makes you more comfortable, you’re welcome to have a partner, family member or another person you trust present during your appointment.

Health & safety

Is there any reason I might not be able to have a massage?

There are some circumstances where massage may need to be adapted, postponed or avoided. Please let me know before your appointment if you’re feeling unwell, have a fever or infection, a contagious skin condition, a recent injury or operation, unexplained swelling, a history of blood clots, significant cardiovascular problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or another medical condition you’re concerned about.

Please also tell me if you’re pregnant, receiving medical treatment or taking medication that may be relevant to your treatment.

We’ll discuss any relevant health information before we begin. Depending on the circumstances, treatment may be adapted, postponed, or I may recommend that you seek appropriate medical advice first.

Do you treat clients under 18?

Yes, subject to prior agreement. A parent or guardian must arrange the appointment and remain present throughout the visit for anyone under 18. I will involve the young person in the consultation and seek their agreement before treatment.

What do you do for hygiene between appointments?

I change into clean indoor-only work shoes when I arrive and wash my hands before treatment. The treatment space and equipment are set up carefully for each appointment, and I ask clients to provide their own freshly washed towels.

Booking & practical details

Can you come to my home or hotel?

Yes. I provide mobile appointments at homes and hotels across selected areas of West and Central London. Send your postcode and we can discuss the arrangements.

How do I book?

Because I’m often with clients and my hands are busy during treatments, I may not be able to answer phone calls. WhatsApp or text is the easiest way to reach me. If needed, we can arrange a call.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer in advance confirms the appointment. I normally hold an offered time for 60 minutes while payment is arranged. I can agree to cash on arrival in advance; if a late cancellation fee is due, it is paid by bank transfer.

What if I need to cancel?

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can cancel or reschedule without charge. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee is payable, including for no-shows and late changes. If you become unwell, please tell me before I travel; one illness reschedule is available. If I fill the cancelled time or avoid costs, I reduce the fee accordingly. Read the full terms.
